Booking Disclaimer

A 50% deposit is required immediately to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable. Additionally, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the wedding day. If you need to change the date of your wedding, there will be an additional fee of £250, provided the new date is available.

By booking us, you agree to allow I DO FILM WEDDINGS to use the footage captured for our own social media channels and YouTube. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of services without a refund of the deposit.

In addition, please note the following terms and conditions:

1. Travel Fees: Any events outside of London may incur additional travel fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.

2. Creative Control: While we bring our expertise and vision to your wedding film, we highly value your input. We encourage you to share any specific moments or key events you would like included in your wedding film. Special requests will be considered to make your film truly unique and reflective of your day.

3. Force Majeure: In the event of unexpected circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, illness, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule or refund the deposit if no suitable arrangement can be made.

4. Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to obtain all necessary permissions and permits for filming at the chosen locations. We are not liable for any restrictions imposed by venues or authorities.

5. Additional Hours: If additional hours are required on the wedding day beyond those outlined in the selected package, these will be charged at £100 per hour.

6. Copyrights and Usage: While the couple receives a license to use the video for personal use, the footage and final product remain the property of I DO FILM WEDDINGS. The client may not sell, edit, or alter the video in any way without written consent.
